Linda was organized and responsive throughout the NCDA training process. She provided clear guidance on how to navigate the course and complete the required assignments. Although the training was largely self-paced, she was available to answer questions and offered support when needed. Our Zoom meetings were a helpful touchpoint. Overall, Linda created a structured and accessible environment for completing the training.
