In contracting with Dr. Woodard to provide Facilitating Career Development training to nearly 200 state agency staff, I found her to approach to be energizing, positive and supportive of diverse backgrounds and experiences. She was very attuned to individual student needs as well as flexible in meeting the requirements of program administrators.
