My experience with Facilitating Career Development training was great! The sessions along with provided materials and assignments were beneficial to my understanding of career development and promoted collaboration with other agencies! This helped enhance my job skills in doing work as both Jobs Plus Career Coach and ROSS Service Coordinator by allowing me to have the deeper understanding of career and workforce development. I have been working even closer with our employment & workforce agency with participants as well. It is important for workers in the Jobs Plus Program along with working with career development to earn industry certifications so that we can work better with program participants. I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Linda Woodard as my instructor, she ensured that every student succeeded in the training and is just a genuinely wonderful person! I would recommend LDW Group LLC for other JPP and career development staffs since one will have a greater understanding of career development, thus Facilitating Career Development in practice.
